Our 2011 corn mazes total 20 acres of fun with over 7 miles of paths in three separate mazes. Entering it is the easy part, but get turned around and you may be wandering a while. We'll provide you first with a maze venture orientation and maze map and even our cell phone number for the challenged map reader. We challenge you to find all checkpoints scattered throughout the two large mazes. Bring your walking shoes and appropriate clothing and shoes for the current weather forcast, and especially your sense of adventure. There are lots of paths, but if you can read the map, it should only take you around 30 to 45 minutes to find your way to all thirteen checkpoints in the USA Maze and one hour in the FREEDOM Maze to find twelve more checkpoints. A good sense of direction will also help. We have added a third separate small kids / sponsor maze to find your way to first three checkpoints easily. This maze is often used for families with small children three and under whick wont want to walk a mile in the USA maze.
Bring your church group, clubs, office co-workers or extended family out to see who is the best navigator in your group. Teams can compete between the kids vs. parents or the girls vs. the boys. This can make for a real competitive outdoor experience and bragging rights on who found the most checkpoints or completed the maze in record time.
If you are tired of the same old boring Corn Maze, where you wander around for 15 minutes and then try to find any place to exit the maze quickly, Deere Farms' professionally designed Corn Maze is your answer. Our visitors have a blast following the maze map to locate all twelve checkpoints and entering their completed card for our annual prize giveaway. Solve the mystery of Farmer Joe's disappearance and get your Farm Scene Investigation sticker. Compete with your friends, split your family or group up between the boys and the girls, Mom & Dad versus the kids, and see who can claim the title of "Best Maze Navigator". Don't forget - " It's-A-Mazing".
Nightime flashlight maze adventures may be scheduled by appointment only. Bring your own flashlights if you are scheduling the nightime adventure. Last maze admission is 6:30 pm. This will allow you time to complete one of the two mazes before dark.
