2nd Annual Harrison County Tractor Parade at the "Celebrate the Farmer Festival" October 2nd at 4:00 PM
The 2nd Annual Harrison County Tractor Parade will leave Deere Farms at 4:00 PM. Harrison County Deputies will escort the parade ( front and back ) on a route leaving Lanesville and heading South on St. Johns Church Road towards New Middletown, Turley Road West to New Middletown Road North to Hwy 62 East to Breckinridge Road North, and Corydon Ridge Road East to the Lanesville/I64 Exit, and Lanesville Crandall Road North back to Lanesville. You can drive your tractor or optional bring a hayride wagon for family and friends. All makes of tractors wanted. Bring your favorite color tractor.
For 2010, we will have two parade tractor classes:
1950's and older for 8 - 10 MPH class - will have 8 mile course
1960's and newer for 20 - 25 MPH class - will have 20 mile course listed above
Special Tractor and optional Wagon Parking will be available and your party will receive a $2 per person discount for Corn Maze tickets for all participating in the parade. We ask that Hayride Wagon provide seating and no legs will be allowed to hang over the side of the wagon.
